2010 Turbo V6 eco-boost engine
Delivers the performance of a v8 with the fuel economy of a v6. Deploying two small turbochargers instead of one larger unit, the hesitation at low engine revs, aka turbo lag, is virtually non existent. The turbo chargers are matched with direct fuel injection. This combination delivers impressive torque output that peaks very early in the rpm range compared to a normally aspirated engine. The direct injection system injects fuel directly into each cylinder exactly when and where it is needed to produce optimal performance and emissions.
